Alvaro Serra Martinez

Alvaro Serra Martinez has a diverse work experience spanning from 2011 to 2021. In 2011, they were an Entrenador de clubes at Foiró, where they managed a football team and planned the season prior to its start. From 2013 to 2016, they were a Football Coach at La Farga, where they were in charge of preparing and planning the season and the objectives to be achieved, as well as the emotional management of the team and the results obtained throughout the season. In 2015, they were a Marketing Online at eShopalia and a Controlador at TAIS AZAFATAS, where their primary function was the supervision and management of queues, as well as providing information or referring to information points to those who were lost or had any questions, in English, Catalan, or Spanish. In 2016, they were a Marketing Assistant at Moventia. From 2018 to 2021, they were a UKi Market Senior Campaign Specialist, a UKi Market Campaign Specialist, a Spanish Market Campaign Specialist - Google Ads, and an Account Strategist Kickstart - Google Adwords at Teleperformance. Currently, they are a Performance Marketing Manager at Mutter Ventures, where they are in charge of designing and creating the digital paid media advertising strategy and its implementation.

Alvaro Serra Martinez began their education in 2010, when they attended the Universitat de Barcelona, where they obtained a degree in Administración y Dirección de Empresas in the field of Ciencias Sociales in 2015. Alvaro also attended La Farga, though no degree was obtained. In 2017, they obtained a certification in Fundamentos de Marketing Digital from Google. Finally, they are currently attending EAE Business School, where they are pursuing a Master en Marketing Online y Ecommerce in the field of Marketing, and is expected to complete the degree in 2023.
