Brandon Molina

Brandon Molina has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Brandon is currently serving as the CEO of Peace of Mind Brewing since February 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Mutual of Enumclaw as the Director of Software Engineering and later as a Sr Agile Delivery Manager from April 2021 to July 2022.

In 2019, Brandon worked at AltaSource Group as an Agile Coach, where they provided evaluation and consulting services to improve the organization's delivery of their premier product HBO Max. From November 2019 to December 2020, they focused on cultural and value improvements to enhance corporate motivation and effectiveness.

Before that, they were employed at MCG Health from March 2016 to June 2019, where they held multiple roles. As a Sr. Engineering Manager, Agile Delivery, they established empowered, self-organizing teams and improved accountability and trust across departments. In their role as an Agile Software Architect, they executed an agile/lean transformation across the organization, introducing agile practices and values. Brandon also served as a Software Architect, where they developed innovative solutions for accessing content offerings and recommended a multi-tenant solution. Additionally, as a Sr. Software Engineer, they contributed to the development of their flagship product using Asp.Net, C#, and MS SQL.

Brandon's earlier experiences include working as a Sr. Application Developer at Philips Medical Systems from November 2005 to June 2007, an Application Developer at Snohomish County, WA from February 2004 to November 2005, and as the CTO at eFinancial from February 2002 to February 2004.

Brandon Molina attended Colorado State University Pueblo from 1997 to 2001, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems.
