From 1995 to 1998, they held the position of Vice President at Private Healthcare Systems. James H. then joined CIGNA in 2000 as a Vice President.

In 2005, James became the Operations Vice President at The Cimino Group, Inc., where they contributed to the recruitment and retention of top technical talent in the IT industry while developing successful solutions for clients.
