Shashant Shah

Shashant Shah has a diverse work experience that spans across various industries. Shashant is currently working as a Technology and Strategy Associate at MxD since October 2020. Prior to that, they worked as an Engineer at IMI Precision Engineering from May 2018 to October 2020. Shashant also has experience as a Manufacturing Supervisor at Atkore International from January 2017 to March 2018 and as a Production Supervisor at Medtronic from October 2015 to January 2017. Shashant started their career as a Mechanical Engineer at DuPont from March 2013 to September 2015. Additionally, Shashant has experience as a Project Engineer at Rostra Precision Controls Inc. from June 2012 to March 2013, where they managed the release of new products and collaborated with multiple manufacturers. Shashant also worked at GE Aviation from May 2011 to December 2011 as a Lean Co-op, focusing on lean manufacturing concepts, and from January 2010 to May 2011 as a Process Engineer Co-op, optimizing cycle time for CFM engine line. Shashant began their career at GE Aviation as a Tooling Engineer Co-op from May 2009 to August 2009.

Shashant Shah completed their Masters in Business Administration and Management from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from North Carolina State University, where they studied from 2007 to 2012. Before their university education, Shashant Shah attended Cary High School from 2003 to 2007.
