Carmela Garcia has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Carmela currently works as an Agile Project Manager at My Biz Niche, where they are responsible for recruiting and managing a team of designers, engineers, and SEO strategists. Carmela also serves as a point of contact for Account Managers and collaborates with various professionals to oversee website design and development.

Prior to their current role, Carmela worked at Eastvantage as an Operations Business Partner, where they oversaw the hiring, training, coaching, and performance monitoring of operations personnel. Carmela also maintained client relationships and analyzed operational data to identify areas for improvement.
