Natalia Savchenko has a diverse work experience in the field of Learning and Development. Natalia has worked as the Head of Learning and Development at MY.GAMES since 2023. Prior to this, they held the same position at V Kontakte LLC from 2020 to 2023, where they were responsible for the creation and implementation of personnel development strategies and training programs for all employees. Before that, they worked at PepsiCo from 2018 to 2020 as a Learning Projects Manager, focusing on promoting a learning culture and enhancing talent pipeline for critical director roles. Natalia also has experience in the beverage industry, having worked at Efes Rus from 2013 to 2018 in several roles related to Commercial Capability and Sales Training. Natalia started their career at PK Toris-Group in 2008 as a Senior Training Manager, where they developed the corporate training center for retail staff.
