Ester Burstein

Ester Burstein is the current Director of Quality Assurance at Shyft. Ester has over 10 years of experience in Quality Assurance Management, and has worked with some of the top companies in the field including IGT, Rhapsody International, and Newbay Software.

Ester's previous role as QA Manager at IGT was responsible for leading a team of eight engineers responsible for delivering 26 IGT-branded slot machine games to double down casino each year. In this role, they managed schedules and resources allocation of QA across three platforms: iOS, Android, and Desktop. Ester was also responsible for providing data and metrics to ensure efficiency and deliver high-quality games on time.

At Rhapsody International, Ester served as QA Manager for the Commerce B2B-B2C and Mobile Teams. In this role, they oversaw quality assurance for all products and services offered by Rhapsody.

Ester has also held the role of QA Manager for Professional Services and the Cloud Services Platform at Newbay Software. In this role, they were responsible for managing all aspects of quality assurance for Newbay's products and services.

most recently, Ester served as QA Manager for Product and Services for Retail Mobile POS and Sales Electronic Catalog at CONDUCTIV Software, Inc. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing quality assurance for all mobile POS and sales electronic catalog products and services offered by CONDUCTIV.
