Frédéric Ploix has had a diverse and extensive work experience. Frédéric began their career in 1993 as an Aide-de-Camp for the Admiral Inspector General of the Armies in the Marine Nationale. Frédéric then transitioned into various roles in sales, marketing, and management positions in different companies. From 1994 to 1999, they worked at Unilever - Cogesal as a Brand Manager and Market Research Manager. Frédéric then joined Groupe Danone, where they held the positions of Senior Brand Manager and Senior Sports Marketing Manager. In 2004, they joined LEAPFROG FRANCE SAS and served as Vice President of Marketing before becoming the Managing Director and Vice President of Marketing & Sales. Frédéric then worked at JouéClub as the Development & Marketing Director before moving on to roles at Voyage Privé, Webedia, and CMA CGM as the Managing Director and Digital Communication Director. Most recently, they joined MyDataModels as the Chief Sales Officer for e-commerce and offline sales.

Frédéric Ploix's education history includes three significant academic experiences. Starting in 1975 and continuing until 1988, they attended Saint Louis de Gonzague-Franklin, where they completed their primary and secondary education. Following this, from 1988 to 1992, they pursued their Master's degree at Université Paris Dauphine - PSL, specializing in Marketing and Finance. Finally, in 1992 and 1993, they attended the same university to earn a DESS (Diplôme d'Études Supérieures Spécialisées) in Logistics, Sales, and Negotiation.
