Dean Ramler

Dean Ramler has extensive work experience in the furniture industry. Dean co-founded Milan Direct, Australia's first online-only furniture retailer, and served as its CEO and Co-Founder from 2006 to 2015. During their time at Milan Direct, the company achieved over $150 million in furniture sales before being acquired by Temple & Webster. At Temple & Webster, Dean worked as the Executive General Manager for Milan Direct, where they established private label and import functions. Prior to their roles at Milan Direct and Temple & Webster, Dean worked at Ramler Furniture, a leading Australian furniture manufacturer, where they served as a Logistics Coordinator and later transitioned to Furniture Sales in retail. Dean also has experience at Jack Road Property as a Director and currently holds the position of Chief Merchandising Officer at MyDeal.com.au Ltd.

Dean Ramler completed their Bachelor of Business Marketing & Bachelor of Business Management degree from Monash University between 2002 and 2006, focusing on the field of Marketing & Business Management. In 2019, they pursued a Master of Property Development degree from the University of Technology Sydney, specializing in Property Development. Furthermore, in the same year, Dean Ramler participated in the Asian Cities Program 2019 offered by REACH Asia, studying Property Development / Construction. In 2020, they undertook the Foundations of Directorship course at the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
