Mark Novotny

Mark Novotny has a solid work experience in the field of human resources and talent acquisition. Mark currently serves as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Myers Industries. Prior to that, they were the Vice President of Human Resources at RICO Manufacturing, Inc., where they successfully transformed the HR function to become more strategic and proactive. Before that, they worked as the Corporate HR Director at Sentrics, where they gained valuable experience in managing HR operations. Mark also served as the Head of Recruiting at Key Bank and as a Senior Technology Recruiter at PNC Financial Services Group. Early in their career, they worked at The Timken Company in various recruiting roles, including Executive & Experienced Recruiting Manager and Senior Recruiting Analyst. Overall, Mark Novotny has a diverse range of experience in HR and talent acquisition.

Mark Novotny attended Kent State University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. Mark also attended Walsh Jesuit High School but did not receive a degree or specify a field of study. Additionally, Mark Novotny became a life member of the FBI Citizens Academy Alumni Association through their participation in the FBI Citizens Academy in Cleveland, Ohio.
