Mary Moody (Clark) is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience at Myers Park Country Club, where tenure spans from June 2015 to the present, holding various roles including Executive Sous Chef, Chef De Cuisine, Sous Chef, Demi Chef, and Supervisor. Prior to this, Mary Moody (Clark) gained valuable experience as a Culinary Intern at Charlotte Latin School, serving over 1,000 students daily and maintaining HACCP sanitation standards. Mary Moody (Clark) earned an Associate’s Degree in Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales University, graduating in 2017.
