Wayne Buchar

Wayne Buchar began their work experience in 1980 at Xerox, where they held various roles including Strategy Manager, Chief Engineer, and Program Manager. Wayne was responsible for developing the Inkjet Printing Strategy and leading the development and manufacturing of the CiPress Production Inkjet Printing Press System. Wayne also created and led the Engineering Services Organization, which utilized cutting-edge technologies for printing beyond paper. In 2020, Wayne joined Aggressive Company Inc. as the Plant Engineering & Operations Manager. Wayne currently serves as the Chief Engineer at Myerson.

Wayne Buchar holds a Master's degree in Laser and Optical Engineering from the University of Rochester. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Imaging Science from the Rochester Institute of Technology. The specific start and end years for each respective degree were not provided.
