Daniel Sargeant

Daniel Sargeant has a diverse work experience in software engineering and management roles. Beginning their career at 21CT as a Software Engineer, they specialized in writing compilers, planners, and graph editors. Daniel then joined Rocksauce Studios as the Chief Technical Officer, where they led the development of various products and gained extensive experience in Android, iOS, and backend coding. Later, Sargeant joined Under Armour and held several positions, including Senior Software Engineer, Technical Lead, Engineering Manager, and Senior Engineering Manager. Daniel oversaw the development of connected devices and wearables, managed teams of engineers, and collaborated with external partners to develop Under Armour branded devices. Currently, Sargeant is working at MyFitnessPal as the Vice President of Software Engineering, responsible for developing and executing the company's technical roadmap, evaluating vendors, and collaborating with cross-functional teams on new initiatives.
