Virginie Boissimon-Smolders

Virginie Boissimon-Smolders is an accomplished executive, currently serving as the CEO of IPM France since January 2024, and as an independent board member at GROUPE MARE NOSTRUM. Virginie holds multiple leadership roles, including Partner at Time for the Planet and a strategic advisory position with CCI LYON METROPOLE. Previously, Virginie was CEO of MyFormality, where strategic direction and operational management were key responsibilities. Virginie also served as COO for Makheia and held independent board positions with AST Groupe. Virginie's educational background includes degrees from NEOMA Business School and emlyon business school, and an MBA in marketing from Indiana University.
