Rafa Gomes

Rafa Gomes is a Lead Full Stack Engineer at Gateway since July 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) at Aslo Labs from February 2022 to July 2022. Before that, they held the role of Fullstack Lead Developer at Justpoint from July 2020 to July 2022. Rafa has also served as a Software Engineering Manager at Accenture Interactive from January 2018 to July 2020 and as a Technology Lead and Senior Web Engineer at Huge from 2015 to 2017. Rafa worked as a Partner and Software Development Manager at Parafernalia Interactive from March 2013 to July 2015 and as a Senior Client-side Developer at HUGE Inc. from September 2011 to March 2013. Rafa has prior experience working as a Web Developer Senior at 6D from September 2010 to September 2011, as a Web Developer at Kaus Midia from June 2009 to September 2010, and as a Flash Developer at Add Technologies from June 2008 to June 2009.

Rafa Gomes obtained a degree in Architecture and Urbanism from the Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro in 2005. From 2018-2021, Rafa pursued a degree in Analysis and Systems Development in Information Technologies from Estácio. In 2019, they obtained a CEH & Security Training Program certificate from EH Academy, and a Lead certificate from ISE Business School. In 2015, Rafa earned a ScrumMaster K21 certificate from Knowledge21, and in 2013, they obtained a VTEX Interface Developer certificate from VTEX. Rafa has plans to pursue a degree in Ethical Hacker Nanodegree from Udacity in 2023.
