Director of Consumer Support at Myia Health

Nathan B. has a long and varied work experience. Nathan began their career in 1999 at Dish Network as an Operations Specialist III, where they audited real time adherence of all agents for the site/location. Nathan then moved up to Operations Specialist IV, where they developed WFM processes as dictated by the business. In 2012, they became the US WFM Geography Leader at Concentrix, where they led all WFM process implementations for the US geography. In 2015, they co-owned Star Acre Farms LLC, where they grew chemical free produce to provide to the local community. In 2017, they became the Director of GWFM at TTEC, where they coached a wonderful group of individuals through their various tasks that the business needs dictated. In 2018, they joined Rally Health as Senior Manager, Consumer Support Operations, where they worked side by side with the executive leadership team to create and implement work flow processes. In 2021, they joined Optum as Associate Director, Consumer Support Operations, where they led all WFM aspects for the Rally Health product within Optum and managed a team of 5 WFM professionals. Nathan then moved to Myia Health as Director of Consumer Support.

Nathan B. graduated from Northglenn High School in 1995 with a Diploma. Nathan also holds a Five9 Inbound Administrator Certified certification obtained in August 2020 from Five9.
