Sandra Hoag

Sandra Hoag has a wealth of experience in the insurance and human resources industry. Sandra began their career in 2009 as an Account Executive and Account Manager at Optime Insurance Services, producing new business for personal and commercial insurance as well as life, financial, health, and employee benefits insurance markets. In 2014, they moved to Aon Hewitt as an Employee Benefits Advisor, consulting with employees entering retirement from Fortune 100 companies and offering insurance via needs-based selling. In 2017, they joined MetLife as a Sr. Customer Service Representative for Annuities, educating clients and Financial Field Agents on protocols, contract provisions, and features of variable annuity products. In 2018, they joined Mercer as a Senior Benefits Account Management and Human Resources Consultant, leveraging their knowledge and experience to provide a white-glove service to an exclusive, high-profile client. Most recently, they joined Mylo, a Lockton Company, in 2021 as a Small Group Benefits Account Manager/ Account Executive, marketing to prospective companies with 2-200 employees for life, health, vision, and ancillary products.

Sandra Hoag is currently attending the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, where they are pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Risk Management and Insurance. Sandra also holds certifications from America's Health Insurance Plans (AHIP) for Medicare since 2014, as well as FINRA Series 6 and FINRA Series 63. Additionally, they hold a Life and Health (L&H) Insurance License, a Long-Term Care (LTC) and Medicare Insurance License, and a Property and Casualty (P&C) Insurance License from the North Carolina Department of Insurance, as well as a Series 63-Uniform Securities Agent State Law certification.
