Afghan Khan's work experience begins in 2009 as a Sales Manager at Global Visas, where they gained expertise in worldwide visas and immigration services. From 2014 to 2018, they worked as a Manager in Learning & Development at Total Assist Group, overseeing a team of over 100 staff and driving growth strategies. Afghan then moved on to ProMedical as a Director in Learning & Development, revolutionizing the recruitment process in the healthcare industry. In 2022, Afghan Khan joined Mantell Associates as a Director in Learning & Development, specializing in executive search for the Life Science and Pharmaceutical industries. Currently, they hold the position of Director in Learning & Development at Mylocum Group, where they are responsible for the overall growth and development on a national and international scale. Lastly, they also serve as a Director in Learning & Development at ClinicalPro, which focuses on connecting exceptional talent with leading companies in the life sciences industry.

Afghan Khan attended Wanstead High School from 1991 to 1996, where they obtained their GCSE. Following this, they studied at Redbridge College from 1996 to 1999, earning a GNVQ in Business Intermediate and Advanced. From 1999 to 2001, they attended London Metropolitan University for Business Management, not completing a specific degree.
