Kellie Nedelcoux (Hick)

Kellie Nedelcoux (Hick) has extensive experience in the field of HR and consultancy. Kellie is the Founder of Career and Parenthood since February 2021, where they focus on supporting parents in their careers. Prior to this, they worked as a Coach specializing in maternity returners and working mothers at MYNDUP since March 2021.

Kellie also served as the Head of HR at Sky from February 2020 to February 2023. Before that, they held the role of Head of HR Business Partnering at Index Exchange from December 2018 to February 2020. Additionally, they worked as a Senior HRBP & D&I Lead at Dentsu Aegis Network from July 2017 to November 2018.

Their earlier experience includes positions such as HR Business Partner at William Grant & Sons from March 2014 to June 2017, Senior HR Consultant at BSkyB from August 2010 to February 2014, HR Business Manager at Boutique 1 from November 2008 to August 2010, HR Advisor at Lockheed Martin from September 2007 to July 2008, and Assistant HR Advisor at NATS from 2002 to 2007.

Kellie Nedelcoux (Hick) pursued their education at the University of Portsmouth from 2005 to 2007, where they obtained a degree in Human Resources, specifically the CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development). In addition to their degree, Kellie has acquired several certifications. In October 2021, they became a certified Mental Health First Aider from the Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England. Kellie also completed a Corporate and Executive Coaching program from The Coaching Academy in April 2021, and obtained a Performance Development Coaching Diploma from the same institution in October 2020.
