Amanda Ventra

Amanda Ventra is a skilled customer experience researcher and designer with extensive experience in various design roles across multiple companies. Currently employed at MYOB since October 2021, Amanda contributes to the evolution of business management tools. Previous roles include experience designer and journey expert at ANZ, focusing on business lending improvements and risk data insights through the Nova application. Amanda also held UX design positions at IOOF Holdings Ltd, Shout For Good, headspace, and Fetch Lane, where the focus ranged from financial advice to mental health and sustainable shopping. Prior to transitioning into design, Amanda cultivated a creative background as a freelance graphic designer and artist, alongside a brief stint in content curation and digital writing. Amanda holds a diploma in graphic design from CATC Design School and has furthered education at Academy Xi.
