Sydnei Y.

Sydnei Y. is a UX Researcher currently leading a key OKR research initiative at MYOB since April 2024. Previously, Sydnei worked at Atlassian as a UX Researcher from November 2023 to February 2024 and served as a Graduate Teaching Associate at the University of Melbourne's Melbourne School of Psychological Sciences, teaching Biological Psychology lab classes in 2023 and 2024. Sydnei's experience also includes roles as a Client Coordinator and Research Graduate at Bastion, a Student Researcher at Beyond Blue focusing on behavior change models for mental health promotion, and a Research Support Officer at ORIMA Research. Sydnei began academic pursuits as a Psychology Research Assistant at the University of Melbourne. Educational qualifications include a Master of Applied Psychology from the University of Melbourne, a Bachelor of Science from the University of Melbourne, an International Baccalaureate Diploma from Lauriston Girls' School, and a background at Shanghai High School International Division.
