Thara Palan

Thara Palan has a diverse work experience starting from a trainee position at Dr. A V Baliga Memorial Hospital in 2013. Thara then completed internships at Taj Gateway Hotel in 2015, Aegon Life Insurance Company Limited in 2015, Schneider Electric in 2016, and TEBMA SHIPYARDS LTD in 2016. Thara worked as an HR Executive at MEYER ORGANICS PVT. LTD. from September 2016 to February 2017, where they focused on induction and orientation programs, time and attendance management, and wage list verification. Thara then worked as an HR Executive at Bright Flexi International Pvt Limited from October 2017 to December 2018, where they handled attendance, file checking, and employee information updating. Currently, they are working at myStartUpCFO, initially as an HR Associate since January 2019 and currently as a Senior Associate- HR since June 2020.

Thara Palan completed their Pre-University college education in Business/Commerce, General at Government pre-university Girls college, Udupi from 2009 to 2011. Thara then pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Arts, majoring in Psychology, rural development, and Journalism from Dr.A.V. Baliga institute of social sciences and rural management, Brahmavar from 2011 to 2014. Thara went on to obtain a Master's Degree in Human Resource Management, specializing in MSW, from Manipal Academy of Higher Education between the years 2014 and 2016.
