Solomon Hafer

Solomon Hafer is a highly experienced mechanical design engineer with a diverse background in automotive and aerospace industries. Currently serving as a Staff Mechanical Design Engineer at Mytra, responsibilities include ownership of chassis and pallet system design for the Mytra Bot, leading CAD/PLM implementation, and overseeing CAD and PLM methods. As the Founder and Owner of Sierra Nevada Design Consultants LLC and Sierra Speedsters LLC, Solomon provides automotive design consultancy and specializes in electric vehicle rentals, respectively. Previous roles include significant contributions at Rivian, Zoox, and Tesla, focusing on seating design, supplier qualification, and manufacturing processes. Solomon's earlier experiences include roles at Boeing, C&D Zodiac, and Rockwell Collins, contributing to various tooling and systems engineering projects. Educational qualifications consist of a BS in Vehicle Design and Engineering and a degree in Industrial Technology from Western Washington University.
