Sujith Sudhakar

Sujith Sudhakar has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Starting in 2013, they worked as a Radiography Technician at Barts Health NHS Trust, where they gained experience in various radiology departments and technology. In 2014, they moved to Homerton University Hospital Foundation Trust as a Medical Engineer.

In 2016, Sujith joined Ninebot Inc. as a Sales and Marketing Manager, responsible for managing marketing budgets, digital campaigns, and establishing business relationships. Sujith also worked on creating a promotional film that aired at The Gadget Show Live 2016.

Sujith then transitioned to SAP in 2017, where they held roles as a Business Development Specialist and later as an Account Executive. Their responsibilities included generating new business and building strategic partnerships within SAP's solutions across multiple industries.

In 2019, Sujith joined Oracle as a Strategic Account Director, managing key accounts. Sujith later transitioned to the role of Account Director - Healthcare, specializing in healthcare accounts.

From 2021 to 2022, Sujith worked at Yext as a Senior Account Director, overseeing relationships with central government, healthcare, and public sector clients. Sujith ensured customer satisfaction, adoption, and successful implementation of the Yext platform.

In 2022, Sujith joined Mytraffic as an Enterprise Customer Success Account Manager. Sujith was responsible for managing a global customer portfolio, implementing a customer success strategy, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Sujith's most recent position, starting in 2023, is as a Customer Success Director at eGain Corporation.

Sujith Sudhakar holds a Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Science (Medical Engineering) from Middlesex University. Additionally, they have a Diploma of Higher Education in Engineering from The Open University. Sujith also obtained a Cambridge International A Level in Cambridge International A Levels from The European Academy for Christian Homechooling. In terms of certifications, Sujith has completed the IGNITE Sales Certification from Oracle in June 2019, the Year 1 Sales Success from SAP in May 2018, and the BASHO Sales Training from Kensei Partners in April 2018.
