Natalia Gonzalez has a diverse work history spanning various industries. Natalia began their career as a Human Resources Temp at MasterCard International in 2001 before transitioning to a Project Management Intern role at Firestream WorldWide in 2002. During their time at Vassar College in 2002-2004, they worked as a Computer Science Coach and Course Assistant, providing guidance and support to students. Following this, they joined Firestream WorldWide again in 2004 as a Quality Assurance Analyst, where they performed software testing and database maintenance.
In 2005, Natalia joined Brown Brothers Harriman as an Operations Specialist, specializing in financial data reconciliation and corporate action details. Natalia was also a founding member of the Quality Management Team, creating procedures and volume-tracking metrics to evaluate external vendors. Promoted to Lead Operations Specialist in 2007, they oversaw the implementation of enhanced procedures and workflows, while mentoring new team members. As a Senior Operations Analyst from 2009 to 2011, they conducted in-depth analyses to guide business strategy, identify new product opportunities, and improve processes.
In 2011, Natalia joined MyVest and took on various roles within the Product Management department. Natalia started as an Operations Data Specialist/Product Business Analyst, providing support and advancing client projects. Natalia then served as an Associate Product Manager, gathering and defining customer product requirements and engaging the development team in the estimation process. As a Product Manager from 2016 to 2017, they led the Operations Applications segment of the MyVest Strategic Portfolio System platform, developing product roadmaps and executing timely feature delivery. Most recently, Natalia has held leadership positions, including Director and Senior Director of Product Management, where they continue to contribute to strategic initiatives and product development at MyVest.
