Arthur James has extensive experience in customer success management, currently serving as the Manager of Customer Success at N-able since April 2020. Previous roles at N-able include Advisory Customer Success Manager, Senior Customer Success Manager for Strategic Accounts, and Customer Success Manager. Prior to N-able, Arthur worked as a Customer Success Manager at Shopify from February 2019 to April 2020 and as a Business and Community Development Representative at Assent from March 2018 to January 2019. Earlier experience includes positions as an Inside Sales Representative at Rogers Communications and a Technology Sales Consultant at Staples Canada. Arthur holds a degree in Teachers and Trainers of Adults from Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology and a high school diploma from Colonel By Secondary School.
