David Ball has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of marketing. David started their career at Performance Technology Inc as a Marketing Director, where they played a key role in product awards and the launch of internet gateway technologies. David then worked as a Marketing Director at Cheyenne Software and later joined CA as a Senior Marketing Director, where they gained significant experience over a span of 13 years. David then transitioned to Visual Networks Systems as the EMEA Marketing Director, where they introduced the company's brand in Europe and successfully launched the Net_New Visual Performance Manager solution.

Following this, David joined GFI Software as the Director of Marketing – IT Operations, where they grew the international marketing team and supported over 2000 active resellers. David also worked at SUSE as a Channel Marketing Manager, completely redesigning their channel partner program. David later served as the Demand Generation & Channel Marketing Director at GFI Software and took a sabbatical to travel, study, and reflect on their career. During this time, they completed a Google Digital Garage Digital Marketing certificate and became a Salesforce Trailblazer.

David then worked as a self-employed Interim Marketing / Marketing Consultant, offering support to organizations in building and managing their marketing processes. David provided expertise in channel marketing, channel program development, digital/demand generation analysis, and field marketing/team alignment. Currently, David is serving as the Marketing Director at N-able.

David Ball attended Denmead school. David obtained a certification in "The Fundamentals of Digital Marketing" from Google Digital Garage in 2017.
