Matt Dawson

Matt Dawson is an accomplished retail professional with extensive experience in merchandising and logistics. Currently serving as Group Merchandising Director at N Brown Group since May 2019, responsibilities include overseeing Clothing and Home products across various brands such as Simply Be and Jacamo. Previous roles include Merchandising Controller and Head of Merchandising at N Brown Group, where leadership extended to various categories including Electrical and Home. Prior to this, Matt held key positions at Shop Direct from June 2001 to May 2019, including Head of 2 Man Logistics and multiple merchandising roles across different product sectors. Earlier in the career, Matt served as Retail Store Manager at The Co-operative Group from April 1997 to May 2001. Matt holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Retail Marketing from The Manchester Metropolitan University.
