Andriy Varusha

Andriy Varusha has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Andriy is currently the Head of Cybersecurity and Business Resilience at N-iX, a position they have held since January 2023. Prior to this role, they were the Head of Corporate Development at N-iX from January 2022.

Before joining N-iX, Andriy co-founded Berezha Security in 2018 and served as the Chief Operating Officer (COO).

From 2017 to 2021, Andriy worked at Grid Dynamics as a Senior Delivery Director.

Andriy held the position of Delivery Director, Enterprise Solutions at Luxoft from November 2013 to May 2017. In this role, they managed a delivery organization of over 230 employees, serving multiple customers across various countries.

Earlier in their career, Andriy worked at Alfa-Bank as the Chief System Architect, Head of IT Governance Office, and Manager of IT Audit division. Andriy also worked at Astelit as the Manager of IT Audit unit.

Andriy started their professional journey at PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Senior Consultant in Systems and Process Assurance, later becoming a Consultant. Andriy also had a brief stint as a Consultant at the Business Service Group of Companies.

Overall, Andriy has extensive experience in cybersecurity, corporate development, delivery management, and IT audit across a diverse range of companies.

Andriy Varusha has a diverse education history. In 2012, they obtained certification in IT Governance from CGEIT. In 2009, they pursued a program at CISA. From 2006 to 2009, Andriy Varusha became a member of ACCA. Andriy also attended Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv from 2001 to 2007, majoring in Management. In addition to their formal education, Andriy Varusha obtained the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification from (ISC)² in May 2021.
