Andrew Laskey has over a decade of work experience in various roles. In 2005, they began their career as an Office Assistant at Tufts University - University College of Citizenship and Public Service. Andrew then worked as an Editorial Assistant at Houghton Mifflin in 2006, a Scanner/Book Loader at Internet Archive in 2007, an Assistant Manager at Olive Branch Green Building Supply in 2009, and a Developer at CIR Law Office in 2008. In 2012, they began working as a Web Developer at IDIOM, and in 2016 they became a Senior Web Developer at Simpleblend.com. In 2018, they joined BVAccel as a Senior Front-end Developer, and in 2019 they became a Software Engineering Team Lead at Nacelle, where they built a headless Shopify PWA starter kit with Nuxt and Nacelle's APIs, helped hire and grow the engineering team from two to 40 employees, and led the team responsible for Nacelle's primary GraphQL API. Additionally, since 2014, they have been a freelance web developer and Unity3d developer, and in 2016 they released a mobile game, Titan Escape, for the App Store and Google Play Store.

Andrew Laskey attended Tufts University from 2002 to 2006, where they earned a degree in Psychology. In 2008, they attended the School of the Museum of Fine Arts, where they studied Graphic Design. Andrew also attended UC San Diego in 2010.
