Tara Berger

Tara Berger, PHR, SHRM-CP, CHRM, has an extensive background in human resources with over 15 years of experience at The North American Coal Corporation. Starting as a Human Resources Assistant, Tara progressed through various roles including Human Resources Specialist, Senior Human Resources Generalist, and Supervisor, ultimately holding the position of Human Resources Manager. Prior experience includes a role as Environmental Assistant at the same corporation. Tara holds a Bachelor's degree from North Dakota State University.
