From 2007 to 2008, they worked as an Application Support Specialist and Software Support Supervisor at Wolters Kluwer Financial Services. From 2010 to 2016, they worked as a Technical Marketing Services Manager, Content Development Manager, and Director of Content and Technical Services at IWCO Direct.
