Ross Convertino

Director Of Event Operations at Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame

Ross Convertino has accumulated extensive work experience in the field of basketball and event operations. Ross has most recently served as the Director of Event Operations at the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame since May 2022. Prior to that, from January 2020 to May 2022, they worked as the Director of Basketball at Rivers Edge Sports Club.

From 2017 to 2022, Ross held multiple roles at the Rivendell Interstate School District, including Coordinator of Facility Use, Director of Transportation, and Athletic Director. In addition, they served as the Head Coach of Varsity Boys Basketball at Rivendell Academy from January 2018 to May 2022.

Before their time at Rivendell, Ross worked as an Assistant Men's Basketball Coach at Lamar Community College from 2015 to 2016 and at Western Texas College from 2013 to 2015. Ross also gained experience as a Graduate Assistant Men's Basketball Coach & Recruiting Coordinator at Gonzaga University from 2011 to 2013 and as an Assistant Men's Basketball Coach at Notre Dame Prep in 2010.

Earlier in their career, Ross served as an ESL & Global Dynamics Instructor and an Assistant Coach for Boys Basketball at The Winchendon School from 2008 to 2010. Ross also worked as the Assistant Director of Hoop Group Elite Basketball Camps at The Hoop Group from 2006 to 2008.

Ross Convertino obtained their Bachelor's degree in Sport Psychology from the University of Connecticut in 2008. Ross then pursued a Masters degree in Sport & Athletic Administration at Gonzaga University from 2011 to 2013. Prior to their undergraduate studies, they attended Salem State University from 2004 to 2006, but it is unknown if they obtained a degree or pursued any specific field of study during that time.
