Serving Kindergarten-8th grade students in Chicago since 2004, our groundbreaking educational model combines health, wellness, and academic rigor. We instill lifelong success in a peaceful environment.

Located in Chicago's McKinley Park Neighborhood, on the under-resourced southwest side, Namaste serves 480 students, the majority of whom come from low-income families and lack access to high-quality educational opportunities. At Namaste, there is no tuition or selection criteria; admission is by blind lottery. Families are fully engaged in regular healthy initiatives, including nutrition workshops.

The Teaching Team at Namaste Charter School collaborates to deliver a well-rounded, rigorous educational experience to students from Kindergarten through 8th grade. Comprising specialized educators across various subjects and grade levels, including physical education, math, reading, science, and bilingual education, they integrate health and wellness into their curriculum.
