Tuisi Alves

Tuisi Alves has extensive experience in design and management roles. Currently, they work as a Design Team Lead at Namecheap, Inc, overseeing a small team of designers and facilitating collaboration between teams. Tuisi also works as a Product Designer in the Cloud design team, leading the product design process for various projects and working closely with stakeholders and developers. Prior to their current roles, Tuisi worked as a UX/UI Designer and Experienced Consultant at Amaris and as a UX/UI Designer at Taskhunters. Tuisi also has experience as a Manager Assistant at SENAI-RN, a Designer (researcher) at Ecoar - Design, Innovation and Sustainability and Caroa Design, and a Graphic Designer - Intern at TRE-RN. Tuisi's early career included roles as a Designer (researcher) at Lexus - Usability Lab and as an Events Manager at SENAC Brasil.

Tuisi Alves began their education in 2005, earning a Bachelor's degree in Tourism Management from Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte in 2009. Tuisi furthered their education by pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Design and Visual Communication from Politecnico di Torino from 2012 to 2013. Tuisi then returned to Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte and obtained their Bachelor's degree in Design in 2015. Additionally, they pursued a Master of Science in Product Service System Design from Politecnico di Milano from 2015 to 2017. In 2017, Tuisi briefly attended Swinburne University of Technology to pursue a Master's degree in Design.

Tuisi also obtained additional certifications. In October 2019, they obtained a certification in Figma for UX Design from LinkedIn. In November 2021, they obtained a certification in Application Design for Web and Desktop from Nielsen Norman Group.
