Esther Hess is a seasoned HR and HCM consultant with extensive experience in human resources and payroll functions. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant and HCM Consultant at Namos Solutions, an award-winning Oracle Platinum Partner, Esther specializes in providing expert guidance in human capital management. Prior to this role, Esther held the position of HR & Payroll Functional Lead and Process Improvement Specialist at the University of Birmingham, and served as HR Reporting & Projects Partner and HR Information & Data Analyst at Bureau Veritas. Esther's career began at the University of Manchester, where a foundational role in HR was established from December 2007 to December 2013.
