Associate Director Of Biosensor Development at NanoDx

Farhad Khosravi has held a number of positions in the fields of science and engineering. From 2010 to 2012, they were a Manufacturing and Development Co-op at Freudenberg Medical (formerly MedVenture Technology), an R&D Co-op at Brown-Forman, and a Co-Founder at Integrated NanoSystems LLC. From 2013 to 2014, they were a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Louisville, where they designed and developed a carbon nanotube-FET biosensor platform and established a protocol for modifying the surface of nanomaterials. In 2016, they were a Postdoctoral Fellow at Worcester Polytechnic Institute, where they developed a multi-layer microfluidic device for capture and analysis of circulating tumor cells. Finally, from 2017 to the present, they have been the Associate Director of Sensor Development at NanoDx, where they have developed and owned partnerships with Fortune 500 companies, pioneered and spearheaded a new sustainable manufacturing strategy, and planned a roadmap for the development and improvement of an IVD based on a silicon nanowire biosensor technology.

Farhad Khosravi obtained their Bachelor's degree from the University of Louisville in 2011, majoring in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering. Farhad then went on to pursue a Master's degree at the same institution in 2012. In 2014, Farhad Khosravi began their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) studies at Worcester Polytechnic Institute, specializing in Mechanical Engineering (Nanotechnology). Farhad completed their Ph.D. in 2016.
