Sabine Astoux Huguet

Sabine Astoux Huguet has a diverse range of work experience in various organizations. In 2017, they worked as a part-time teacher of Leadership and Management at the École Nationale Supérieure d'Architecture de Toulouse (ENSA de Toulouse), where they contributed to the diploma program for architectural entrepreneurs. From 2021 onwards, they have been a guest lecturer on organizational communication at INSA Toulouse. In 2018, Sabine worked as a coach specializing in public speaking and entrepreneurial pitches at TBS Education. At Toulouse INP-ENSIACET, starting in 2019, they taught leadership and soft skills to students through self-awareness, management, and non-technical skill development modules. In 2016, they served as a guest lecturer in communication and management at IMT Mines Albi. Additionally, Sabine has facilitated co-development sessions for entrepreneurs and senior executives in both the public and private sectors since 2016. Sabine'srole involved facilitating collective intelligence and knowledge exchange among peers. Sabine has also worked as a coach and team builder for various organizations, including Rolls Royce Technical Support, TBS services support, and the Chamber of Trades. Another significant role in their career was providing manager coaching and training at Nanolike and PRUGENT DIAM ASIA. Finally, from 2017 to 2021, Sabine worked as a trainer in managerial intelligence at Toulouse Métropole, delivering continuing education programs for strategic and proximity managers on topics such as manager posture, leadership, interpersonal communication, management interviews, conflict management, and public speaking.

Sabine Astoux Huguet completed their education in Business Administration and Management from TBS Education, earning a Programme Grande Ecole degree from 1983 to 1986. In 2011, they pursued a Certification as a Praticien Coach&Team® from Transformance pro Vincent Lenhardt - JBS Coaching - Lyon, specializing in individual coaching, team, and organizational support.

In 2015, Sabine attended Human Art - Flavienne Sapaly, where they obtained a degree in "Leader de soi, leader des autres," focusing on the Element Humain® by Will Schutz. Following this, they enrolled in SI Institut Paris - F. Demarquet in 2018, earning a Certification in the animation of systemic co-development groups.

Sabine continued their professional development at Viti Coaching in 2019, completing the SquareMeeting program in Co-development and Remote Collective Time Animation. In 2007 and 2008, they engaged in a Module Cap Coaching/Capitolis ESCT, further enhancing their skills as a Manager Coach.
