Carolyn Rice, SPHR has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Carolyn is currently serving as the Director of Global Talent Acquisition & HR Operations at NanoString Technologies, Inc. Prior to that, they worked at Zillow Group as the Senior Manager of People Operations, where they led the Immigration, HR Operations, and Recruiting Operations teams. Before their roles in talent acquisition and management, Carolyn held positions at Visteon, where they served as a Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition & HR Business Partner and as a Manager of Diversity & Worklife. Carolyn started their career as a Senior HR Consultant at MSX International, specializing in organizational change management, training, and diversity and inclusion.
