Kyle Needs

Kyle Needs has a strong background in the semiconductor industry, with significant experience in various roles at Nantero and Micron Technology. Kyle'smost recent role as a Senior Coat and QC Engineer at Nantero involved working with R&D teams to coat carbon nanotubes for NRAM semiconductor devices. Kyle demonstrated engineering expertise within a cleanroom environment and used analytical techniques such as ellipsometry, optical microscopy, and AFM for characterizing nanotube films. At Micron Technology, they served as a Surface Scientist, responsible for chemical safety, thin film development, and data analysis using techniques such as XPS, XRR/XRD, SIMS, and AFM. Kyle also worked as a Production Operator, utilizing their skills in equipment operation and maintenance to deliver quality products and improve processes. Throughout their career, Kyle generated detailed reports and collaborated with senior management.

Kyle Needs attended Boise State University and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Materials Science and Engineering in 2011.
