Rahul Sen, PhD, MBA has extensive work experience in various roles and positions. Rahul currently holds the position of Chief Technology Officer at Nantero, a company they joined in November 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Materials R&D and Engineering at Nantero from September 2019 to November 2022. Before that, they were the Senior Director of Materials R&D and Engineering at Nantero from January 2019 to September 2019.

From April 2007 to January 2019, Rahul worked at Nantero as the R&D Group Lead and Principal Scientist. In this role, they led the development of ultra-high purity nano-material colloidal spin-on liquids and films for semiconductor applications. Additionally, Rahul Sen worked as a Senior Scientist at Nantero from October 2003 to April 2007.

Prior to their work at Nantero, Rahul served as a Post-doctoral Fellow at the University of California, Riverside from June 2001 to October 2003. Rahul was part of Prof. R.C.'s team and carried out research during this time.

Furthermore, Rahul worked as a Post-doctoral Fellow at Tokyo Metropolitan University from April 1999 to May 2001. Rahul participated in fundamental research to understand the growth mechanism of single wall carbon nanotubes (SWNT) in Prof. Y. Achiba's group.

Rahul Sen, PhD, MBA completed their education in a chronologically ordered manner. In 1990, they obtained an M.S. in Chemistry from the Indian Institute of Technology in Delhi. Following this, from 1992 to 1998, they pursued a Ph.D. in Materials Science at the Indian Institute of Science. Lastly, in 2015 and 2016, they acquired a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Executive MBA from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University.
