Rob Lindefjeld

Rob Lindefjeld has a diverse and extensive work experience. Rob started their career in 1986 as a Lieutenant in the US Army, serving until 1990. Following this, they worked as a Judicial Law Clerk at the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, in the chambers of Judge Joseph F. Weis, Jr., from August 1993 to August 1995.

In 1995, they joined the American Bar Association Section of Intellectual Property Law, where they served as the Past Chairman until 2014. During this time, they also joined Jones Day as an Associate in October 1995, progressing to become a Partner in January 2004 and working until October 2008.

In 2008, Rob joined Nantero as the General Counsel and Chief IP Counsel, a role they currently hold. Rob also served as a Member of the Board of Directors at the American Intellectual Property Law Association from October 2018 to October 2021. Additionally, they held various roles at the American Intellectual Property Law Association, including Past Chair and Past Vice-Chair of the Amicus Committee from 2014 to 2018.

Rob Lindefjeld attended Rumson-Fair Haven Regional High School from 1979 to 1982, where they obtained their High School Diploma in General Studies. Rob then went on to attend Norwich University from 1982 to 1986, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. Afterward, they pursued higher education at Widener University Commonwealth Law School from 1990 to 1993, obtaining their Juris Doctor (JD) degree in Law.
