Oscar Rodriguez has extensive experience in direct support roles, currently serving as a Direct Support Professional at NAPA VALLEY SUPPORT SERVICES since February 2020, and previously at Lynn and Darla Supported Living from June 2019 to March 2023. Prior to these positions, Oscar worked as a Behavior Specialist at Autism Spectrum Therapies from August 2018 to March 2019 and contributed as a GANAS Peer Mentor at California State University - East Bay from September 2017 to June 2018. Further back, Oscar honed tutoring skills at Sylvan Learning from November 2014 to August 2017. Academically, Oscar is pursuing a Master’s degree in Cultural/Archaeological Resources Protection at Sonoma State University, after earning an Associate’s Degree in Socio-Cultural Anthropology from California State University - East Bay and a degree in Anthropology, Social, and Human Behavior from Napa Valley College.
