Bogdan Chelariu

Bogdan Chelariu is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and business operations. Currently serving as a Business Support Manager at NAPA since May 2017, Bogdan's responsibilities include recruitment, onboarding, compensation, health and safety, and overall employee lifecycle management. Additionally, Bogdan is a volunteer member of the Board of Directors at Word Made Flesh International. Previously, as Director of Operations, Bogdan supported HR process development and implementation while ensuring management received consistent HR support.
