Dawn Phelps

Dawn Phelps has a strong background in finance and management. Dawn is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Naples Botanical Garden since November 2021. Before that, they worked as the Vice President/CFO at Tampa Metro YMCA from March 2017 to November 2021. From February 2013 to November 2021, they were a Franchise Owner at Cruise Planners. Dawn's previous experience also includes being the Chief Financial Officer at Seniors First, Inc. from March 2015 to March 2017. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Financial Officer at Jewish Federation of Greater Orlando from November 2006 to March 2015. Additionally, they have worked as an Owner and Principal Accountant at E&E Business Solutions, LLC from September 2006 to December 2014. Earlier in their career, Dawn held positions such as Director of Finance at Roth JCC of Greater Orlando from February 2005 to September 2006, and Corporate Accounting Manager and District Controller at YMCA of Central Florida between April 2001 and February 2005.

Dawn Phelps obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Accounting and Finance from UCF College of Business in the year 2000. Dawn later pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from Purdue Global in 2020. Subsequently, Dawn Phelps earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Purdue Global in 2021.
