Kate Coultrip has over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry. Kate began their career in 1999 at Covéa Insurance, where they held various roles, including Manager - Pet Customer Operations, Team Manager - Pet Customer Operations, Team Manager, Protection Claims & Customer Service, Manager, Protection Claims, Manager, Protection Customer Service, Assistant Controller, Technical Claims, Senior Claims Assessor, Creditor Insurance, and Claims Assessor, Creditor Insurance. In 2022, they began working as the Head of Pet Operations at Napo Pet Insurance.

Kate Coultrip's education history includes a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Sports Science from Canterbury Christ Church University, which they obtained between 1993 and 1996.
