Joe Lugo

Joe Lugo has a diverse range of work experience in the entertainment industry. Joe began their career as an Assistant Editor at Jarrett Creative Group Inc in 2008. In 2009, they worked as a Post Production Assistant at Granada America, where they performed various post production duties and quality control viewings.

From 2010 to 2011, Lugo worked as a Post Production Coordinator at Leftfield Pictures. Joe then joined MY ENTERTAINMENT LLC in 2011, starting as a Development Assistant before being promoted to Manager of Development and ultimately becoming the Director of Development in 2014. Joe held this position at MY ENTERTAINMENT LLC until 2018.

In 2018, Lugo joined Playback Digital as an Editor for a brief period before transitioning to Narratively, Inc. There, they first worked as a Freelance Director of Development and later became the Director of TV, Film & Video Development starting in January 2019.
