Sriramya Bhamidipati, Ph.D., currently serves as a Robotics Technologist at NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory, focusing on Planning, Scheduling, and Execution for the Cooperative Autonomous Distributed Robotic Exploration (CADRE) mission to the Moon. Prior experience includes a Postdoctoral Scholar role at Stanford University, where design considerations for lunar satellite constellations were developed, and significant contributions were made to urban navigation and sensor fusion for autonomous robotics. Previous positions as a visiting researcher at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign involved advancements in Graph Simultaneous Localization and Mapping (SLAM) frameworks. Summer internships at Mitsubishi Electric Research Laboratories and Trimble Inc. provided experience in AI-based techniques for GPS integrity and urban positioning enhancement. Sriramya holds a Ph.D. in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, along with a Master’s degree from the same institution and a Bachelor's degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.
