Dale Hopkins

Deputy Project Manager at NASA

Dale Hopkins is the Deputy Project Manager at NASA. Dale has been with NASA for over 25 years, working their way up through the ranks. Dale started as a Research Aerospace Engineer at NASA's Lewis Research Center in 1982. In 1992 they were promoted to Deputy Branch Chief, and in 2006 they were promoted again to Associate Principal Investigator. In 2012 they became Technical Leader, and in 2015 they became Associate Project Manager - Aeronautics Research. In their current role as Deputy Project Manager, Dale is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of the project.

Dale Hopkins graduated from The University of Akron with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. Dale then went on to earn their Master of Science in the same field from the same school.

Dale Hopkins reports to Mike Rogers, Project Manager, Transformational Tools and Technologies. They work with and Joe Morrison - Associate Project Manager.
