Francis P. Larocca, Jr.

Counsel to the Inspector General at NASA

Francis (Frank) P. LaRocca, Jr. is NASA's Counsel to the Inspector General. Prior to his service with NASA, Frank was an Assistant Counsel with the Defense Contract Administration Services, New York Region, where he specialized in government contract and cost accounting issues. Prior to his admission into the bar, Frank was a pension specialist with the U.S. Department of Labor, Labor Management Services Administration.

Frank has a bachelor's degree from Fordham University in the Bronx, New York, and received his law degree in from St. John's University, Jamaica, New York. He is admitted to the bar in the state of New York, and to a number of Federal courts, including the Supreme Court of the United States.
